Louvre doors are getting bigger and better!

If you are regular customer of Simply Shutters, you may already know that we don’t just stock and sell louvre doors, we love them too! Louvre doors are a timeless classic, in fact describing louvre doors as old-fashioned could itself be considered outdated. 

Louvre doors are ideal if you have a room or cupboard that tends to get stuffy, or you have a wardrobe that’s full of clothes that can get musty because the gaps between each fixed louvre blade allows air to flow constantly through the doors.

That’s right, we’ve now got more sizes of louvre door than ever before! With 2200mm tall louvre doors now available in our High Line Pine range that means our customers have the choice between factory painted white doors or a clear natural pine finish for them to apply their own stain, wax, varnish or paint to.

Even though we are stocking more sizes than ever before we understand that sometimes you may have an oddly shaped door frame or have a thick carpet you are installing your door over. The good news is that Simply Shutters louvre doors do have some room for trimming if required and customers can comfortably remove 20mm from the height of a stock sized louvre door or 8mm from the width.
